He has always challenged the growth of Hip-Hop culture and the generation that follows by making music with sincere His new album, Life Is Good, is set to be released on July 17th. With the latest single, "DAUGHTERS", Nas has once again delivered a thought-provoking and touching message to Fathers and Daughter’s worldwide. As a father of two, Nas has always been a champion for uplifting the youth.
As Executive Director of Saving Our Daughters states, "we are very excited and blown away with Nas's incredible and powerful new song 'DAUGHTERS’; as I recently as a father lost my daughter at 11 years old to cancer (brain tumor) last year, and I am deeply touched personally from the song as well".
Nas will start off his national partnership with Saving Our Daughters with a special Father’s Day Brunch in conjuction with Hot 97 radio in NYC. Families will be selected from Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club in Bronx, NY. Nas will also be joining forces with the organizations' longtime family friend and supporter, T.I., who has been with the charity now for more than 7 years.
